CARBINE. Cal. 30 Carbine. S# 4186159. Bbl. 18". Barrel is marked behind front sight "BUFFALO ARMS / 11-1943 / flaming bomb". Narrow barrel band without bayonet lug. Flip type aperture rear sight. Receiver shows evidence of staking at rear sight dovetail. Blade front sight has protective ears. Sight base is "SN". Straight cut slide marked "N15". Flat bolt is "N14". Metal trigger guard is "NS" as is push button safety. "NS" Mag. catch. Hammer is "HI". Stock markings on right side of butt are very faint, but "NPM" and faint 'crossed cannons". Green web sling. MAGS: 1 15 round GI marked "UI". Stock set has light wear and handling marks over a glossy arsenal rework finish. CONDITION: metal retains 80% of its original parkerized finish with thinning and light wear. Very good shiny bore with sharp lands. (26-39/RW). CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
